Your health, budget, travel plans all matter in addition to your providers, medications and pharmacy. We’re here to guide you through the Maze of Medicare" to help you make informed decisions with confidence and without pressure.
Our Approach:
1. Intro Meeting (30+ min, phone or Zoom)
We’ll introduce ourselves, explain Medicare, answer questions, and outline next steps.
We will discuss potential penalties and how to avoid them entirely or appeal them if assessed.
Will also look at the IRMAA income surcharges to determine if they apply.
2. Share Your Info
Tell us about your health, prescriptions, providers, and travel plans—online through our secure server, by email or by phone.
Also your current coverage information and any alternative plans available to you (such as a spouse employer's plan).

3. Personalized Research
We get to work! Comparing all of your plan options tailored to your location and needs, including any other, non-Medicare options, you may have available.
4. Plan Presentation
We review your options, explain the pros and cons, and give you clear, easy-to-understand details.
Our goal is to guide you to an informed decision that meets your needs and on that you have confidence in. We make make recommendations but the choice is always yours!
5. Enrollment Made Simple
We ensure you are enrolled in the plan(s) your selected, making sure the carrier(s) has what they need to process your applications correctly prior to your needed start date.
Our staff will monitor your applications processing with the carrier and confirm that your card/information package has been sent out.
6. Ongoing Support
We check in periodically to make sure your plan is working as expected.
Answer any claims questions that arise and make sure that you are taking advantage of any "extra" benefits your plan offers.
7. Annual Review
Each year, we review your plan and any changes (yours or the carriers) that will impact your coverage and make recommendations as needed. Allowing you to stay confident that you have the right coverage for your needs...even if they change!
